Stellar Education uses a bespoke learning management system (LMS) for the delivery of the qualifications and they are assessed using our unique Online Invigilation System, which cannot be cheated or manipulated and, in itself, meets the strict guidelines set by awarding organisations regulated by SKILLSFIRST.

Phil worked in the London insurance market for over 38 years and, in his last role, was the Chief Operating Officer for the UK & Ireland region at Chubb European Group. In this capacity, Phil was responsible for all 12 branch offices within the region and had responsibility for both the Global and Corporate account customer segments across all business services and lines of business for Chubb UK&I. Phil was also a member of the Executive Committee, which reported into the Chubb Europe Board of Directors.
Phil joined Chubb from AIG in April 2008, where he was Director of the Liabilities Division and, in over 38 years of experience within the insurance industry, also held management positions at Axa Global Risks.
Gary has undertaken roles within the finance sector as a Private banker, trader, trader trainer/coach, senior manager, Director, and consultant. Gary has 17 years’ experience within the finance industry. He has traded and designed trading strategies in equities, FX, commodities, Fixed income, and indices for over 12 years. He has set up and managed trading operations in United Kingdom, Poland, Canada, Gibraltar, Spain, Singapore, and Ireland, managed trading teams, taught and mentored traders, and managed global operations with 150+ staff within proprietary trading.
Gary has developed and delivered trader and finance training programs/courses to companies and individuals for over ten years both in person and via the internet.
Gary has written QCF nationally certified qualifications in Level 3 Principles of Financial Trading and Level 5 Diploma in Financial Trading which is taught through Stellar Education Ltd. Gary is Neuro Linguistic Programme (NLP) certified with experience in helping people develop successful life strategies both professionally and personally.
John has worked as a consultant with the FE sector for 25 years, working with FE Colleges, Employers, Third Sector and training providers; supporting Strategy, Business Planning, Compliance, Contracts, Procurement Bids and external regulation. He is also Business Growth Director for a training provider, a Trustee of a charity helping people with complex needs and a member of a Disability Action Group, working with his local council to improve disability access.
